The Meal Support Program in Pekin, IL, is dedicated to offering free, accessible meal support specifically tailored for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program facilitates live, virtual drop-in group meals that create a welcoming environment, allowing participants to consume nutritious food while receiving compassionate support from trained nutrition practitioners. Offered four times daily, with both lunch and dinner options, participants are encouraged to join as often as their schedule allows. Each session is led by practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are in the process of obtaining their CNS certification.
