OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in Plainfield, IL, is dedicated to empowering women battling ovarian cancer by providing essential support during their journey. Our mission is to alleviate some of the burdens faced by patients through tailored financial assistance packages that include a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card. We also offer psycho-social counseling sessions and genetic counseling, conducted by licensed professionals over the phone, to ensure comprehensive care. We welcome healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of their patients, and we process requests in the order received, contingent on available funding.
