Located in Plainfield, IL, MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans by providing tailored weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually, ensuring access to a range of effective treatment options that cater to individual needs and preferences. MOVE! offers diverse programs, including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. For those who prefer a more independent approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. We also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have not achieved their weight loss goals through other avenues. To join the MOVE! program and take the first step towards a healthier lifestyle, Veterans are encouraged to connect with their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider.
