MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Quincy, IL, is dedicated to transforming the health of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to annually screen each Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with personalized treatment options that cater to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of support solutions, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician contact. Additionally, Veterans can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management or explore weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options if they continue to face challenges.
