The Meal Support Program in Rockford, IL, empowers individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery by offering free, accessible, and compassionate meal support. Our program features live, facilitated virtual group meals designed to create a welcoming and secure environment for participants to enjoy nutritious meals while receiving essential support. With four meal support sessions each day—two for lunch and two for dinner—participants can join multiple times based on their needs and schedules. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners in the Clinician’s Incubator training program who are dedicated to fostering a nurturing atmosphere in their journey toward obtaining CNS certification.
