Located in Romeoville, IL, the Patient Aid Program is dedicated to supporting individuals facing financial challenges related to their health by offering a one-time $100 stipend to help cover essential non-medical expenses such as transportation, food, housing, and utilities. Our mission is to alleviate some of the burdens that come with medical treatment, allowing patients to focus on their recovery.
