At the Meal Support Program in Saint Charles, IL, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, eating disorder-informed meal support to individuals over 16 who are navigating recovery at the outpatient level. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals, fostering a welcoming environment where participants can safely engage with nutrition while receiving guidance from our trained nutrition practitioners pursuing their CNS certification. Meal support sessions are available four times daily, making it easy for participants to join at times that fit their schedules. We understand the importance of community and connection during recovery and strive to create a supportive network for those on their journey to healing.
