Located in Skokie, IL, the Early Head Start / Early Start / Infant-Toddler Childcare program, operated by the Evanston/Skokie School District 65 Family Center, is dedicated to providing comprehensive child development and family support services for low-income infants, toddlers, and pregnant women.
