Located in Streamwood, IL, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive obesity management and health promotion. Our mission is to effectively screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with personalized weight management services tailored to their unique needs. We offer a variety of care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, in-home support through TeleMOVE!, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with overweight or weight-related issues, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
