The Tinley Park United Methodist Church serves as a vital community resource through its Tinley Park Food Pantry, located at 6875 173rd Place, Illinois. Primarily catering to the residents of Tinley Park and Orland Hills, the pantry addresses food insecurity by offering essential supplies every Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with a lunch closure from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM. Community support is encouraged through donations, accepted via a monitored drop box located on-site, promoting consistent contributions to those in need. By providing these crucial services, the organization fosters a sense of unity and support within the community, effectively responding to local challenges related to food access and general well-being.
