The Adolescent and Young Adult Oncology (AYA) Program in West Chicago, IL, is dedicated to supporting young cancer survivors aged 15 to 39 through comprehensive and compassionate care. Our team of expert clinicians and clinical researchers collaborates with the esteemed Lurie Cancer Center to provide personalized services that address the unique and complex challenges faced by AYA patients. We offer a wide range of essential support including psychosocial assistance, fertility counseling, health insurance resources, survivorship care, access to clinical trials, specialty cancer programs, and palliative care, all aligned with nationally recognized standards. In addition to our medical services, we foster an environment of community and connection by partnering with support centers that facilitate learning and fellowship for those impacted by cancer. To ensure that care is accessible, we also provide medically necessary services at free or reduced rates when needed.
