Situated in West Chicago, IL, the American Indian Health Service of Chicago (AIHSC) is committed to delivering comprehensive primary healthcare and mental health services tailored specifically for the American Indian community and other underserved populations. As the only Urban Indian Health Program in Illinois, we focus on providing culturally sensitive care to meet the diverse needs of individuals across all age groups and stages of life. Our integrated model unites primary care with behavioral health services, addressing both physical and mental health in a supportive environment. Our extensive offerings include chronic disease management, women’s health services, cancer screenings, vaccinations, and specialized care for children, all while promoting access through insurance acceptance and a sliding scale for self-pay options.
