Located in Wheaton, IL, Financial Assistance for Families Working in the Restaurant Industry is dedicated to providing vital support to food and beverage service employees facing financial challenges due to illness or medical emergencies. Our program offers essential financial assistance covering rent or mortgage, utilities, medical bills, therapy, and childcare costs. We understand the unique struggles that families endure in these challenging times, and we aim to alleviate some of the burdens associated with unexpected expenses, including funeral costs and child needs such as diapers and formula. To ensure that our support is both meaningful and sustainable, we limit assistance to a lifetime cap of $7,500 per recipient. We welcome former grant recipients to reapply for support after 12 months from their last award date, ensuring ongoing support for those in need through their eligible circumstances and hardships.
