Friendship Meals is devoted to nourishing senior residents of Abilene, Kansas, by offering nutritious meals through both engaging dining center experiences and convenient home delivery services. We cater to individuals aged 60 and older, along with their spouses and disabled dependents, who can access our meals after completing the Kansas Uniform Assessment. While participants are encouraged to make a voluntary and confidential contribution based on their ability, the suggested amount for a Friendship Meal is just $3.50. For those under 60, including family members and individuals with disabilities, meals are available for a nominal fee of $5.25.
