This program is designed to meet participants where they are in their diabetes journey, offering six informative e-booklets, a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips, and insights into local community events, all available in both English and Spanish. Enrollees who provide their phone number can engage in our monthly Ask the Experts Q&A series, where they can pose their diabetes-related questions to American Diabetes Association experts, participate either online or by phone, and gain invaluable knowledge about managing their health, including the critical connection between diabetes and heart health.
