With a commitment to empowering these courageous individuals, the program offers tailored financial assistance packages that include a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card to help manage daily necessities. Additionally, participants receive vital psycho-social counseling and genetic counseling sessions via phone with licensed professionals. We invite healthcare providers, including your physician, nurse, or social worker, to submit applications, which are processed on a first-come, first-served basis as funding allows.
