Community Connections Youth Project (CCYP) in Bonner Springs, KS, is dedicated to empowering older foster youth as they transition into adulthood. Our mission is to provide essential navigational assistance and support services that address the unique challenges faced by these young individuals. Through our program, we offer comprehensive resources including social support, employment assistance such as resume building and interview preparation, and access to our food pantry and clothing closet. We also help youth obtain their driver's licenses, navigate legal issues, and assist with HUD applications. Moreover, we connect them with physical and mental health providers and offer educational support, including advisors, ACT preparation, and guidance on enrollment and financial aid. Open to all eligible youth, CCYP aims to create a supportive pathway to independence and success.
