The Meal Support Program in Burlington, KS, is dedicated to offering free and accessible meal support designed specifically for individuals aged 16 and over who are in outpatient care for eating disorders. Our program features live, facilitated virtual group meals that create a nurturing environment for participants to enjoy nutritious meals while receiving essential support in their recovery journey. With meal support sessions available four times daily—two at lunch and two at dinner—participants can choose the times that best fit their schedules. Each session is facilitated by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working towards their CNS certification.
