Located in Clearwater, KS, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities for obesity and provide personalized referrals to various weight management solutions that cater to individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer to take a self-directed approach to weight loss. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options.
