Located in Colby, Kansas, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting children with special health care needs and their families through vital financial assistance. We understand the unique challenges these families face, which is why our program offers funding for a variety of essential expenses, including medical costs for prescriptions, medical supplies, and durable medical equipment, as well as non-medical needs such as home and vehicle modifications, clothing, and diapers. We also provide support for healthcare-related expenses such as travel to medical facilities, lodging, and daily living costs like food and utilities. Each family may receive up to $500 per year, with requests beyond this amount reviewed by our Board. At Financial Assistance Funds, we are committed to timely support, with requests reviewed in the order received, and we encourage families to reach out for assistance during their times of need.
