The Selma Schimmel Vital Grant is dedicated to supporting individuals in Colby, KS, who are grappling with the financial challenges that arise from chronic, terminal, or rare health conditions, such as cancer, Parkinson’s, and Huntington’s Disease. Our program offers vital utility assistance and grocery assistance to help alleviate some of the burdens during these difficult times. Please note that the grant can cover either utilities or groceries, providing targeted support where it is most needed. Through our collaboration with Vital Options International (VOI) and various local organizations, we strive to connect recipients with additional resources for further assistance, reaffirming our commitment to compassionate support in the community.
