Located in Columbus, KS, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting children with special health care needs and their families by providing crucial financial assistance. Our program covers a wide range of expenses, including medical costs such as prescriptions, medical bills, and durable medical equipment, as well as non-medical costs like home and vehicle modifications, clothing, and essential supplies. We also address healthcare-utilization costs, which encompass travel to medical facilities, lodging for family members, and daily living expenses such as food and utilities. Each family can receive grants up to $500 per year; however, larger requests will require Board approval, which may result in a delay. We prioritize requests in the order they are received and aim to ensure that every family has the support they need during challenging times, fostering health and well-being for those we serve in our community.
