The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) in Emporia, KS, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to low-income individuals aged 60 and older across a 53-county service area. Each month, we distribute nutritious food packages that include a balanced assortment of ten food groups, such as cheese, shelf-stable milk, nonfat dry milk (available every other month), peanut butter or dry beans, cereals, meats, vegetables, fruits, juice, and staples like instant potatoes, rice, or pasta.
