The Nutrition Program at the Area Agency on Aging in Fort Leavenworth, KS, is dedicated to providing nutritious meals for seniors, ensuring their health and well-being, especially for those who are temporarily or permanently homebound due to physical or mental challenges. We offer two primary services: home-delivered meals through our Meals on Wheels initiative and congregate meals at our nutrition sites.
