In Fort Leavenworth, KS, Senior Boxes, a vital initiative by Second Harvest Community Food Bank, is dedicated to alleviating food insecurity among seniors. Each Senior Box contains 18 pounds of wholesome food staples, including canned proteins, peanut butter, vegetables, fruit, and cereal, carefully selected to meet essential dietary needs.
