Kansas SNAP-Ed is dedicated to empowering low-income families in Gardner, KS, by making healthy choices accessible and achievable. Through engaging nutrition and physical activity education, we equip Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) recipients with the tools and knowledge to enhance their diets, increase fruit and vegetable consumption, and adopt active lifestyles. Our collaborative approach with local and statewide organizations focuses on optimizing policies and systems that foster healthy behaviors in our community.
