The Meal Support Program in Gardner, KS, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support tailored for individuals over 16 who are in outpatient recovery from eating disorders. Our program features live, virtual drop-in sessions where participants can gather safely to share meals and benefit from nutritional guidance in a supportive environment. With four meal support times each day, including two for lunch and two for dinner, we allow attendees the flexibility to join as per their schedules once they are approved. Each session is facilitated by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are actively pursuing their CNS certification. While we offer vital meal assistance, please note that we do not provide urgent care or crisis support. For those in immediate need, we encourage reaching out to crisis services for help.
