The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) in Hiawatha, KS, is dedicated to supporting low-income seniors aged 60 and older by providing essential food assistance through monthly food packages. Each package contains a variety of nutritious items, including cheese, shelf-stable milk, dry beans, cereal, meat, vegetables, fruits, juice, and instant potatoes or rice, ensuring a balanced diet for our participants.
