Located in Hugoton, KS, KCSL's Head Start program is dedicated to providing early childhood education and comprehensive family support to the most vulnerable families in our community. Our mission centers on nurturing the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children aged 3 to 5 years, while promoting stable parent-child relationships and overall family well-being. We offer two engaging program formats: a center-based approach where children learn and grow together in a classroom environment, and a home-based option where our dedicated staff provides personalized outreach directly in the family's home.
