The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Lansing, KS, empowers individuals to become passionate advocates for a just and sustainable food system. Through comprehensive training grounded in practical, hands-on experiences, Fellows immerse themselves in organic food system education, while engaging with local communities to promote food justice. The Fellowship program, which incurs no tuition fees to enhance accessibility, allows participants to grow diverse crops on market-style farms, facilitate educational sessions, and maintain community gardens. Fellows also learn to integrate food and ecological literacy into educational settings, support farmers markets, and foster direct-to-consumer sales.
