Located in Larned, KS, the Selma Schimmel Vital Grant is dedicated to providing critical assistance to individuals grappling with the financial burdens that come from chronic, terminal, or rare conditions, including cancer, Parkinson’s, and Huntington’s Disease. This vital program offers support through utility assistance and grocery assistance, ensuring that those in need can focus on their health without added financial stress. While the grant is designated to cover either utilities or groceries, we also collaborate with various organizations to help connect individuals with additional resources and support. Our mission is rooted in compassion and urgency, aiming to alleviate the challenges faced by our community members during difficult times.
