Residents typically stay for a minimum of 30 days, with many choosing to remain for up to three months while they work toward established short and long-term goals. During their stay, clients are encouraged to maintain involvement in part-time employment, education, or volunteer opportunities. The treatment approach combines holistic methods with evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
