Located in Osage City, KS, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Through live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, we create a welcoming and safe environment for participants to share a meal and receive essential nutritional support. Our program offers four daily meal support sessions, including two during lunch and two for dinner, allowing participants to choose times that fit their schedules. Each session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners who are currently training to obtain their CNS certification, ensuring that individuals receive knowledgeable guidance while they rebuild their relationship with food. While our services focus on meal support, we encourage individuals in need of crisis resources to reach out to appropriate emergency services.
