MOVE! Weight Management Program in Ottawa, KS, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with personalized weight management options that meet their unique needs. MOVE! offers a variety of services, including engaging group sessions, supportive telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician contact as required. Veterans who prefer a self-directed approach can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app, while those facing ongoing challenges with weight-related issues may explore weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
