Located in Pratt, KS, the PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund is dedicated to supporting individuals affected by Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) by providing essential financial assistance for travel costs. We understand the challenges faced by PNH patients in accessing specialist care, which is why our program offers up to $800 in travel assistance each year per eligible patient. Our funds can be applied toward a variety of necessary expenses including airfare, train tickets, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and co-pays for medical visits or tests not covered by insurance. To ensure patients receive the support they need, we also allow grantees to travel with a companion. Our mission is to alleviate the financial burden that comes with seeking specialized medical care, empowering patients to take proactive steps in managing their health.
