Located in Salina, KS, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity, with tailored referrals to various weight management services that cater to individual needs and preferences. MOVE! offers a comprehensive range of care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Additionally, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available for those who prefer a self-directed approach to weight management. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with overweight or weight-related issues, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
