The Meal Support Program in Shawnee, KS, provides compassionate, free, and accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, virtual group meal sessions four times daily—two for lunch and two for dinner—creating a safe and supportive environment for participants to enjoy meals together while receiving guidance from nutrition practitioners who are advancing toward their CNS certification.
