This free program, available in both English and Spanish, offers participants six informative e-booklets tailored to their unique needs following diagnosis, as well as a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and local resources. Attendees can also stay engaged through local community events. Additionally, enrollees who share their phone number are invited to the monthly Ask the Experts Q&A series, where they can address their diabetes-related questions directly to ADA specialists, gain insights into the connection between diabetes and heart health, and enjoy exciting giveaways that enhance their ability to manage diabetes effectively.
