The Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) program in Valley Center, KS, is dedicated to providing personalized care and support for patients aged 13 and older who are undergoing treatment for cancer and blood disorders. Our compassionate team, comprising social workers, nutritionists, nurses, and specialized Child Life professionals, focuses on meeting the unique needs of adolescents and young adults in these challenging times. We offer a comprehensive range of services including clinical support, nutrition planning, fertility counseling, and emotional support to enhance the well-being of our patients and their families. As they transition to adult care after age 21, we collaborate closely with adult Hematology/Oncology providers to ensure a seamless continuation of care.
