Located in Winfield, KS, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting children with special health care needs and their families by alleviating the financial burdens they face. Our program offers financial assistance to cover a variety of essential costs, including medical expenses such as prescriptions, medical equipment, and supplies, as well as non-medical needs like home and vehicle modifications, clothing, and necessary daily living costs like food and utilities. We also assist with healthcare utilization expenses, which encompass travel to medical facilities, lodging for family members, and parking fees. Each family can receive grants of up to $500 per year, with requests exceeding this amount needing special approval. We understand the urgency of these needs, and therefore requests are reviewed in the order they are received, with a minimum processing time of 15 business days following submission.
