We align our programs with the National Standards for Diabetes Self-Management Education, providing essential health and nutrition education that empowers participants to take charge of their health journey. To facilitate a productive experience, we ask attendees to bring essential items like a Louisiana Driver’s License or ID, Social Security Card, insurance card(s), and current medications to their appointments.
