Located in Chalmette, LA, Health Services & Women, Infants and Children (WIC) is dedicated to fostering strong, trust-based relationships with our patients through accessible and compassionate health care. We serve individuals of all ages, from newborns to seniors, by offering a comprehensive range of services including family planning, high-risk nutrition, pregnancy tests, immunizations, and more. In addition to essential health services, our WIC program is committed to promoting healthy eating and nutrition among low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old.
