At MOVE! Weight Management Program in Chalmette, LA, we prioritize the health and well-being of our Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to support each Veteran on their journey to a healthier lifestyle by conducting annual screenings for obesity and offering tailored referrals to an array of weight management services. This inclusive program features options such as group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-guided approach. For Veterans who need additional assistance, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring all other options.
