This free program, available in both English and Spanish, equips participants with six informative e-booklets tailored to address their unique needs following diagnosis, along with a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and local community event information. Enrollees who provide their phone number are invited to engage in the monthly Ask the Experts Q&A series, where they can directly ask diabetes-related questions to ADA experts, gain insights into the connection between diabetes and heart health, and receive valuable giveaways that promote well-being.
