Located in Covington, LA, the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program is dedicated to supporting low-income pregnant and postpartum women, as well as infants and children up to five years old, by promoting healthy food choices and nutritional habits. Our program provides essential supplemental foods rich in vital nutrients for growth, comprehensive nutrition education, and valuable support for breastfeeding. We also offer referrals to additional health services to ensure families receive the holistic care they need. To access our services, participants are required to present proof of income, residency, and identification during their WIC appointment.
