Our Family Support team is committed to offering reliable information and extensive assistance right when you need it most, especially during the diagnosis phase. We provide a range of services, including parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management support. We also guide families through the often complex processes of applying for Medicaid, insurance, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
