Located in Cut Off, LA, the Meal Support Program, a vital initiative of Project HEAL, offers compassionate and informative meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our live, virtual drop-in group meals create a nurturing environment where participants can engage in healthy eating with the guidance of certified nutrition practitioners who are receiving training through our Clinician’s Incubator program. With four meal support sessions scheduled daily, including two for lunch and two for dinner, individuals can easily attend at times that fit their lifestyle. This program is dedicated to fostering a supportive atmosphere where individuals can focus on nourishing their bodies, while understanding that we are not a crisis support service; for urgent needs, we encourage reaching out to appropriate crisis resources.
