OvarCare Patient Assistance Program in Duson, LA is dedicated to empowering women who are bravely facing ovarian cancer. Our mission is to alleviate some of the burdens associated with cancer treatment by providing essential financial assistance packages tailored specifically for ovarian cancer patients in need. Each eligible individual receives a financial grant of $200, along with a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to support their daily needs. We also offer valuable psycho-social counseling sessions conducted by licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling sessions to ensure emotional and practical support during this challenging time. We encourage healthcare professionals to submit applications on behalf of their patients, which are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to available funding.
