Diabetes HELP is dedicated to enhancing the health and quality of life for Louisiana Medicaid recipients living with diabetes in Ferriday, LA. Our program provides essential diabetes self-management education, empowering participants through hands-on learning in small group settings. We foster collaboration among patients, pharmacists, physicians, and healthcare professionals to create a supportive network for managing diabetes.
