The Selma Schimmel Vital Grant in Franklin, LA, is dedicated to supporting individuals enduring significant financial hardship due to chronic, terminal, or rare conditions such as cancer, Parkinson’s, and Huntington’s Disease. Our program provides essential utility assistance and grocery assistance to help alleviate some of the burdens faced by those in our community.
